Colorblind was painted in early December of 2020. What gives this piece so much value is that it is one of the earliest dot paintings I’ve ever made. The title ‘Colorblind’ came from my dad’s comparison of the work to tests given for color blindness, usually holding hidden numbers. When he first saw it, he asked what he was supposed to be looking for. But there are no hidden numbers or messages.
